All prices shown on this website are total prices payable by the consumer. They include statutory VAT where applicable.
Payment is made via the payment methods displayed during checkout, currently in particular via Stripe and/or PayPal.
The presentation of coaching services on this website does not constitute a binding legal offer.
By completing the booking process and clicking the final button that clearly indicates a payment obligation, you submit a binding offer to conclude a contract.
The contract is concluded when we accept your booking by e-mail or when we send you a separate booking or appointment confirmation.
The coaching session is provided online on the agreed date or within the agreed period.
The concrete appointment details and the scope of the booked service are communicated after booking.
The contract language is English.
We do not store the full contract text for retrieval on the website.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that we began performance only after you expressly requested us to begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
